Flower medicine, Earth medicine, Women’s medicine is story medicine and it is carried in our individual and collective stories, it resides in our cells and deep within our soul’s Essence.
My garden in the mountains of North Carolina, lovingly known as HillyRock, is home to many loving, guiding land Spirits. They hold the intention with me, and with the helping Spirits of plants, animals, birds, trees, herbs and flowers, for sacred work and magic to happen. By allowing space for listening, witnessing and communing with nature and the nature Spirits, we might remember and witness our own true Essence. All the wisdom that we need to live a life of joy and purpose already resides within each of us. We simply have to remember it.

Many ancient stories are held here deep within this land, stories of those who walked and lived here before me. They are often shared with me, in my dreams, or as I work in the garden with sacred Flower Essences. They have helped me remember the magic that lies here and the magic that resides within me.
