The Essence of Self
For a long while I’ve been lovingly creating Flower Essences from flowers that grow in my gardens. They’ve helped me learn the ways of tuning in to hidden or wounded places within the subtle body. Almost four years ago, while working closely with the Flowers, I had a vision dream.
I dreamed of capturing the Essence of Self.
I worked in solitude for months, intuitively creating this magical process. I felt I had been handed a gift, a holy task. Iris was the flower who stepped forward to be my inspiration and guide throughout the process. She was present in the moment I raised the chalice to my lips and tasted my own Essence.
A unique Essence is carried within us all, a sacred and luminous energy held deep below the surface, within our Soul.
Since taking drops of my Essence I have viewed parts of my life through an entirely different lens ~ cherished moments where I felt I was meeting myself for the first time.

In honor of the three petals of Iris, this is a three petaled, three Moon cycle experience.
The first petal falls in alignment with the waxing and waning rhythms of an entire lunar cycle. We begin at New Moon, peak at Full Moon and conclude at Dark Moon.
The second petal falls in alignment with the next Moon cycle. You’ll be working with your Essence in silence and solitude. Essence drops are taken as you would a Flower Essence.
The third petal falls in alignment with our final Moon cycle and at Dark Moon you’ll share the story of what your unique Essence has revealed to you…
You’ll also receive the bottles for your Mother Essence and Dosage bottle and a grimoire, a hand-made booklet intentionally crafted and inspired through Iris, for your spell work and note taking.
The work doesn’t end here…it continues…your sacred Essence will forever be your teacher and guide, for as long as you wish to receive its wisdom and support.
